I just wanted to let you know how much we appreciate Chad and the work he does here. He literally “saved the day” for us today. Our HVAC unit system has a web interface and the HVAC techs were on site and needed one of their remote techs to access the interface but it was blocked. Chad was able to fix the issue, which allowed their remote tech access which in turn resolved our A/C issues. The local HVAC guy even wrote on our ticket (attached) that “Chad saved the day” and was very grateful to him as well. Chad is always willing to dive into any problem and find a resolution, this is only one example of the great work he does. We really do appreciate everything he does for us and consider him part of our work family.
