he prefers to work hands-on with customers in the field. As a
talented technology consultant, Kent stresses the importance of
exceeding expectations on every job and he inspires his staff with
the confidence needed to do the same. He has completed highly
regarded technical certification with several leading companies,
including a CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) and MCSE
(Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer). Kent's personal goal is to
ensure that every client receives the competent and courteous
support services that have become the defining characteristics of
the ITdecisions initiative. |

Principal / Business Manager
With a solid
foundation in business management, Scott has been a determining
factor in the tremendous growth of ITdecisions and
is responsible for defining the administrative processes that will
guide the company into the future. His experience as a successful
entrepreneur and leader has made certain that the ITdecisions
venture is stable and self-supporting, without the limitations
that plague many small companies. Scott is a skilled business
executive, and his philosophy of personal dedication and commitment

Operations Manager

accounting. As a service manager, Doug's primary purpose is to
