Our Philosophy

The IT Decisions Philosophy

It has always been our mission to work with our customers to build long-term relationships by providing a dramatically different IT support experience. In fact, that’s the entire secret to our success! Here’s what we mean by dramatically different…

No Sales!

Happy customers tell their friends and colleagues about IT Decisions, and by keeping the customers we’ve earned over the years, we grow by simply picking up the phone. More opportunities might present themselves if we went looking for them, but we always want to carefully grow at a pace that allows us to maintain the commitments we’ve made to our existing customers as well as preserve the family oriented business culture that made us so successful in the first place.

No Contracts!

We would prefer that our customers continue doing business with us out of appreciation rather than obligation. IT Decisions doesn’t require your company to enter into a long-term contract in order to get the best services or pricing. That’s because we believe we’re more accountable in a relationship that must be continuously earned, and our customers seem to agree with us on that. So we offer the majority of our services either on-demand or month-to-month.

No Excuses!

IT Decisions is a service provider, and by “service” we mean customer service. It’s our responsibility to communicate well and meet the needs of our clients with competent people and effective solutions. Our team always works hard to get it right the first time, and we’re committed to taking responsibility for our products and services. When IT Decisions implements a solution, we make sure it works properly, and if for some reason it doesn’t, we go back to the drawing board and correct the problem.

Committed to Our Employees

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again, IT Decisions is locally owned and not for sale! Why does that make us unique? Well, it seems that most IT companies are built to be sold rather than built to provide a good place for good people to work. Simply put, that’s not our plan. People are our greatest asset, and the proof of that is in the quality of our staff and the commitment they have to their work. Our employees matter, and we support them while also encouraging them to support each other. We just think that’s a better way to operate!

Committed to Our Community

We’re all in this together, and IT Decisions has a responsibility to be a positive influence in the lives of others in our community. That’s why we regularly set aside resources to help support local charities and non-profit organizations. We’re proud to be able to partner with others to make a difference in our community!
