Our History
Seeing an overwhelming need for proficient technology management in the local small and medium business markets, Kent Copp and Scott Sallah founded IT Decisions, LLC in early 2001. Without a sales staff or a retail store, ITdecisions was different than a typical computer reseller or service company. Instead, the primary focus was on providing customers with direct access to technical experts who acted as a part of their business and took on each client’s goals as their own. This unique approach combined with outstanding customer service and a highly competent staff, has resulted in an impressive reputation that speaks for itself. In just a few years ITdecisions has grown to provide a full range of professional computer services to over 100 businesses throughout northeast Tennessee and southwest Virginia.
